Mods which file do you put them in

I wanna know where to put mods after i download them

Depending on where you installed your game they go into the data directory.

data\mod.esp
data\mod.esm
data\textures
data\sounds

and so on

obviously the downloads need to be extracted first to a location on your computer or just drag them straight from the zip\rar etc... archive into the data directory.
