when did this happen in doom? topless spider alien inside, possiable adult content

I've played doom 3 for 360. I beat said doom 3. At no point in the game did I happen to see this creature. The room it's in looks like the room with the spider boss. Could this be a shop or a clip from an upcoming doom?

Probably a mod, or the expansion.

She's definitely on the PC version and a quick Google on "Doom 3 spider boss" would have answered your questions. :whistling:
